Indian Athlete Dedicates Gold Medal to his Father
Tajinderpal Singh Toor has won a Gold Medal in Shot Put with a new record by throwing the ball to 20.75m at the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta.
“I had just one aim in mind. I wanted to clear 21 metre. I did not think of gold. But I am happy with this. I was trying hard to break the national record for the last 2-3 years and it happened!”
The Athlete, dedicated his win to his father, Karam Singh who is currently battling cancer in a Punjab hospital.
